"Who decides which receipts to check and which ones you don’t? Stereotyping? I walked out today with just a gallon a milk, it obviously wasn’t in a bag. I got stopped at the door to check my receipt…for a $2.50 gallon of milk? Why? Do I look suspicious? Do I look like I’m dumb enough to try and steal a gallon of milk? It’s ridiculous to alienate your customers like that, if I were to steal, it’d be worth something more than a gallon of milk. Between being harassed by NRG every time I walk in the door, to having my receipt checked for a simple item like that. I’m definitely done coming to this store. I hope others follow suit."

"I purchased a lot of groceries today at this particular Walmart and they never had one check out person working a register. This was before 11am, they only had self checkout registers available. I've never been to a Walmart where they refuse to check you out. I always thought this was an option. I asked one employee why there were no cashiers and she said it was because corporate wanted it that way to save money on paying the number of employees. To me this is just poor customer service. I had no room to put my groceries while I was bagging them. If I wanted to bag groceries I would get a job as a cashier. That was a very nerve racking experience for me to say the least. I will not return to that store again."

"Taking your car to their automotive team could be dangerous. They lost our car's keys for 45 minutes and had 4 employees scrambling to find them. The car's tires are rated for 35psi. Their auto team pumped all four tires up to 45+ psi and left it, saying "this is good to go." Upon learning of this quite dangerous lack of attention to detail of her employees, the automotive manager appeared not to care at all in the first place. I imagine me putting this online may have more of an effect on their training, since more people can see it."

"I came to this store to do a pickup order and i waited over an hour in the car. I called as soon as I got there because my Walmart app wasn’t working this was at 10:15. A little while later I called again and the employee on the phone got loud with me and said I wasn’t the only one waiting. At this point it’s going on a hour and I simply state that I scheduled a pickup time and I’m here to pickup one single item. I’ve seen plenty of people get here after me and leave before me. He lays down the phone and I can hear employees laughing in the background. He then gets back on the phone and says yeah well somebody else has been waiting two hours and proceeds to hang up on me. There were probably twenty-five cars waiting for pickup when I finally left and only one or two people carting out orders every 10 or 15 minutes. Just absurd. I won’t ever be back to this location again. The employees are ignorant and completely disrespectful."
