"Cheap tag. Decent collar. Main reason I bought this collar was for the bar code ID tag. Tag made of cheap plastic and broke off shortly after purchase. Collar is decent, but being able to locate lost dog easily is now pointless. Company wants almost $20 to replace the tag, which is crazy since that's more than the price of the entire collar. If interested in durable ID tag for your pup, go elsewhere."
