"My dad had an awful time here during his very short stay. He came in late from SA hospital on a Friday night. They kept him in his hospital gown all weekend, he laid in urinated soaked sheets, and they were only changed when I got the lady in the hall at the time (who was on her phone) to change them. Oh and, no bath, even though they knew he hadn't bathed in over a week. I asked and no one came to give him one. His roommate was obnoxious, interrupting our visits. Floor was sticky and dirty. If he had stayed any longer, I was going to bring in my own Swiffer. We got him out Monday a.m. Very dirty, and neglectful staff. I saw to many CNAs on their phones. That is a fire-able offense at other facilities. If you want your loved one ignored and laying on dirty sheets, while staff plays on their phone, send them here."

"Horrible experience - many issues in our short stay. Facility was not clean, numerous medication errors one of which sent my loved one to the hospital! Falsified medication documentation in patients medical record. We had to get the State involved to investigate issues. Staff lacks training and does not communicate accurately."

"Worst place. I can’t begin to list all the reasons. Food is generally inedible. They run out of food. Foley bag burst because they are too lazy to change. It’s essentially SELF SERVE so if you are sick, do not go to this cra phole."

"My friend was at River Hills for 21 days. The staff was excellent. The place was always clean. Everyone was really nice. The food was above average. I was really impressed with the social worker corey. Everything was on time like clockwork. I give it a big five stars. Also the price was reasonable."

"I recently had someone close to me stay at RHHR for 3 weeks to receive needed physical therapy. I expected a rocky start given her personality but, the RHHR staff did everything within their means to accommodate her needs. I know it wasn't easy and RHHR never once complained. When I visited her, I always observed attentive staff. I found one employee braiding her hair which made her feel loved. Kevin, her nurse, learned she needed to stay busy so he had her help monitor his hallway, write a report and turn it in. My friend was so happy as she felt valued. She loved all the personalized attention and when she had to stay a little bit longer, there was no push-back. It was beautiful to see her smile all the time. Thank you to the RHHR management, clinical and support teams for addressing all her needs to include ensuring she has a safe transition home. She's back home now and bored."
