"Workers are great. Got told to get vital care for my pets which sounded nice. Charged $16/month for the past 5+ months with it never pulling up on my account and never getting the discounts at all. Called to cancel, and that's not even an option. No refund at all 'it's a location issue so all they can do is raise it to IT' and cancel my auto renew BUT I'm still paying until October 2024 FOR NOTHING"

"One of the most accommodating locations I’ve ever been to. The store didn’t have a certain dog food in stock and the associate immediately offered to sell us a bag and have it shipped directly to our front door and allowed us to use their promotional offer for in-store purchasing. Will be returning frequently for my dog’s needs."

I can’t believe I paid for this, and will have to pay more to fix it, since this Petco location will not fix their mistake. I’m still trying to put myself in the groomer’s position and come up with reasons why she thought this haircut was acceptable and finished. I couldn’t think of any reason that would justify this. Besides the fact that this is the worst haircut my dog has ever received, the staff were incredibly rude and were blaming me for the botched cut. I’ve never been more excited to leave a store."
