"Several months ago my dog groomer closed their business without notice & I was in a panic. After much online searching, I luckily landed on The Dog Grooming Shop. Eric & his amazing team were so kind & patient with me & any worries I had before taking Oreo, my little Yorkie mix, there were immediately gone. He's seven years old & it was the best haircut he's ever had! When I picked him up, he casually walked towards me instead of his usual running at top speed. That told me he was very comfortable with them & it was so reassuring. I've never written a Google review before & if I could give The Dog Grooming Shop more than five stars, I would. But obviously the only opinion that matters is Oreo's & he gives them four paws up! Amazing people, wonderful service & terrific prices."

"I called this establishment on a whim a year ago, based on the positive reviews. I had another groomer tell me that my 1 yr old Morkie was too difficult to handle and that she was aggressive and insisted she should be put to sleep for a groom. I absolutely was against that idea, and she never gave the other groomers problems. When I brought her to Eric, he instantly put me at ease. I opened the small kennel, and she came out and did her usual bark at a new person, and he was so patient and kind to her. He waited until she walked up to smell him, and he scooped her up and began explaining her temperament. I was at ease instantly as I realized he was experienced and would know how to handle her. When I came to pick her up, I was blown away by how great she looked. And she was so happy. I have been bringing both of my dogs to him for over a year now and will never go anywhere else. Thank you, Eric, and team, for being masters of the craft and knowing how to put this dog mom at ease. Ozzy and Laila love you all."

"I’ve been trying to find a new grooming place in Arlington, and I found this place just scrolling on Google. I came in, and I think I met the manager or possible owner, and he was super patient with me and very nice. I explained the look I was going for and if that was possible with my dog's hair type. Within that process, he was very accommodating in making sure we achieved that look and that I would be satisfied so the 10/10 service. He even gave me a free add-on since it was my first time there. I don’t remember the girl's name who groomed my dog specifically, but she was soooo nice and sweet to my dog. Her cut was perfect, and I can’t wait to come back! Also super affordable, they’ll love your dog just like you do! Also my dog isn’t that photogenic so don’t judge lol"
