"I have been here two nights and moved to 3 different rooms I have been woken out my sleep to bed bed bugs bites carpet in the second room smell like dog pee do not come here the whole place is run down and the picture are not like the actual place they need to be shut down n I got sick n threw up by the smell.. the city needs to do something bout this place.if I could put a negative zero I would. I have pics to prove it"

"the people that worked here are awful.. they are rude and they think have a right to treat any body with disrespect! they try to make things difficult once you ask a question or have a small comment about a situation! you can be as nice as you can but they still have an attitude! over all the place and room are nice !"

"Where do I begin? First off, this "hotel" is not representing themselves truthfully. The pics, which we viewed on several platforms-showed very clean and "refreshed" rooms as well as an entry foyer and breakfast. Let me begin by saying there is only one good thing about this and that was the kind clerk whom we interacted with via a BOX because there isnt a real guest check-in desk! I will let the pictures we took speak for themselves, but I do NOT recommend staying here unless you want to take home bedbugs, roaches, fleas or better yet- be jumped or carjacked while in the parking lot! Sadly, this hotel does not have any customer service numbers so trying to reach a human being-aside from the checkin prompter, is impossible. We were looking for a refund but since we booked through a third party-we could not get one. So the best I can do is help others not to make the same mistake we did, and to share the bait and switch tactics this establishment hosts. Stained furniture, mold, roaches climbing the walls, bedbugs, fleas, a horrible smell (even after we attempted to spray), random hook protruding from the wall, and other atrocities. How this place can ask for a 100$ deposit for damages is laughable! Good riddance."

"First off ghetto! These are apartments being rented as hotel suits! The "fireplace" had medal around it. Big red stain on the floor. I left with bedbug bites all over me!! The bathroom, when I went to turn on the water the whole handle & facet moved! A Lyft driver was attacked right before ours showed up! Definitely reeked of weed! I didn't make these reservations b/c I would NEVER STAY HERE! DO NOT LOOK LIKE THE PICTURE!! Staff was nice to my friend during check-in. So BEWARE & CHECK YOUR BED FOR BEDBUGS!!!"

"I can't wait to get my room that I made reservations for! Diane was who I spoke with today about extending my reservations to tomorrow and she was very helpful and now I can rest at ease knowing that my room will be waiting for me when I get there tomorrow! These rooms are ALWAYS clean beyond my expectations, and I can't wait to go swimming and walk around naked in my own place! Oh and the A/C work great!"
