"Update to their response: The guests did not have anything declined. The rooms we all booked were paid for. The hotel DID NOT try to accommodate anyone. Their accommodation was for us to pay them a second time directly or have our reservations cancelled despite us and Priceline proving we paid already. Those were the accommodation options presented to us. The hotel system was declining the credit card Priceline provided them. They deserve 0 stars for embarrassing us. I’ve stayed here multiple times and never had any issues. The front desk clerk who claimed she is the manager was extremely unprofessional, rude and unhelpful to the Priceline guests. We all were unaware Priceline had system issues which caused the hotel to not receive payment. She loudly demanded additional payment and refused to check us in even after Priceline told her we all paid and the issue was due to her system being unable to charge the credit card Priceline provides hotels for guest payments. We showed her the payments were removed from our accounts and the agent with Priceline told her multiple times we all paid. Instead of trying to figure out why she was having system issues she took it out on the guests. I will never stay here again and would never recommend anyone to come there. She needs to go through training as she’s a horrible manager and front desk clerk. The night clerk is better and the reason why I came there."

"The price was good, which is the best thing I can say about this location. There was never coffee available when I tried. It reeked of marijuana. The air conditioner in my room was moldy. It did serve my purposes while I had my car repaired but I was ready to go once I had my vehicle ready again."

"I have been staying here for a couple of weeks now and love it. It's quite and it's right off the highway/great location. Across from six flags, only few minutes from the Cowboys and Texas Rangers stadium. The manager and his staff are very friendly and nice."

"It was a place to sleep… not very clean and the location is sketchy. It wasn’t terrible but there are much better places at similar prices. The beds were comfortable and the tv was descent. The bathroom was old, dirty and outdated. Some of my towels had blood stains as you can see in the photos. The AC was falling apart and was noisy. The floors seem updated and it was a good size room. I was able to sleep and promptly left."
