"It's a hit or miss with customer service...fining someone to help you. I feel it's a little overpriced compared to bigger chains like Petsmart/Petco. I have gotten a few fish from here in the past and they seem to do well."
"What I love about Pet Supermarket is that their staff and service is great. I have an eight year old chihuahua (Her name is Shelby) and a three year old ball python (his name is Sebastian,) and I go here every two weeks to buy feeder mice. The staff is always helpful and accommodating. The hours are convenient for me to work around my schedule so that we can get what we need for our sweet babies. They carry Stella and Chewy of many varieties, which my dog eats, and they have feeder mice and rats for sale for my little wriggler. I recommend this place for first time snake owners, as the staff usually provides good advice, and the options for setting up a tank are good for many snakes. They also have yummy treats for the pups and a clearance section, and I enjoy seeing what animals they have in stock."
