This is not allowed and there are signs out posted at the end of the streets I have pictures and a cameraon my house. I do not want to see your trucks back on this road again, you get on the main roads the way you should it cost money to fix these roads Please stay off our residential roads next time could be a fine"

"My husband's truck was hit while he was parked at work. The truck contracts with Kroger. After my husband tracked down the driver, they refused to give my husband any insurance info. My husband called the supervisor (Muris) and he was told that Prime just wanted to send a check based on a quote and not report it to their insurance. This is completely unacceptable and sketchy. This happened 03/28/23 in Nashville, TN."

"I was almost ran off the road multiple times yesterday due to one of their drivers tailgating me for over 15miles. I was in the slow lane behind another truck with no where to go and this truck was so close I couldn't even see their license plate. I finally had to get off at the next exit then get back on because I had no where else to go with the traffic. After reading reviews it seems this is a common issue with this company."
