"Thankful for the opportunity they gave me back in 2022 this company pays good I believe it’s .75 a mile I remember back in 2022 it was .70 they go up on pay every so often to keep up with inflation me and a few drivers ate at a buffet near by really convenient the pay is good but poly has rules and unless your good at obeying rules you won’t qualify and basically they will find someone who will. I worked for them for 6months and I loved it like I said I am greatful the opportunity I racked up some serious cash in 6months I wouldn’t be surprised if a handful of there drivers aren’t millionaires in the next 25 years if they are conservative with there money ofcourse poly came across my mind today for some reason so I decided to leave this review there snacks are discounted for the drivers you can get a ham n cheese hot pocket for like a $1 they give id cards to there drivers and they have loaner trucks n case your truck breaks down most of there drivers run Midwest southwest northwest they do run the northeast and southeast poly has a loadboard but unfortunately they have so many drivers and independent contractors that your chances of getting a handful of loads is limited usually 3-5 options perhaps I went to Minnesota Las Vegas and Arizona and I absolutely loved it they don’t do California though so if your from Cali or likes to go to Cali don’t come here cause you won’t go to Cali lol if you live there or party there perhaps no Cali all there independent contractors go to Cali or visa versa no company drivers can enter the state of California but poly is a decent company they only require 1 year experience and there trucks run 68mph mostly Peterbilts and internationals they are similar to Walmart but there not gonna wash your clothes for you and they don’t have showers other than that it’s a great paying job I have much respect for poly and if you are looking for an excellent career I say give them a try if you have adequate experience"

"This company has a policy of forbidding dash cams in the truck. This policy is entirely for the companies benefit under the advice of their legal department. This policy has no regard for protecting the drivers CDL and livelihood. I was a driver for this company, and another truck lost control and swerved into my lane causing a crash. Because I was forbidden from using a dash cam, I was unable to prove my innocence. I was thrown under the bus and fired by the company. I was left feeling like a chump and facing legal consequences from the accident. I was left without a job, my vacation time was stolen from me, and have had problems finding another job. Drive for this company at your own risk. Being a CDL driver without a dashcam is like driving without insurance. Most of the time it won’t matter and you might feel like a cool dude getting paid a premium driving for Poly. But you will regret not having it when you have an accident."

"This customer does not allow pets or children on the property. They will tell you to drop your trailer and leave. Their only instructions are to stay out of their view. There's a small Texaco gas station a couple miles away that will allow drivers to park bobtail while they're waiting. The bills for my load had the wrong address on them so I ended up driving around looking for the correct entrance. ( I've attached a Google earth pic of the correct truck entrance). I showed up on time for my delivery and the unload still took over 6 hours. They did allow me to finish my break before returning to the property to pick up my trailer. I would say make sure you don't have another appointment scheduled directly after this place because most likely you'll be late."
