"Veey unorganized, the guy in orientation just lies and tries to bate drivers into working there. Pay is horrible and equipment isn't up to par to even travel across the country...you can definitely see why their turn over rate is so high...trash company!"
"Was a transfer driver at Arnold . Pay is $215 a day flat doesn’t matter if you drive 1,000 miles or 3,300 miles that week . You get paid the same . Only good thing about it is they are good with reimbursement . You will pay out of pocket for state permits in certain states. I spent $160 for a week . Also it is hard to get ahold of people and nobody knows what’s going on because transfer is new .also with flights if you bring more than what fits in a carry on it’s on you to pay the $40 with no reimbursement . Just be ready to make $850-$1,000 take home a week. Also your bosses are in Canada . You will never see them they just call you on the phone ."
