"We did two shipments with this company and both of them had product stolen. They rejected both claims even though we purchased their insurance and provided documentation and photos immediately. They continue to threaten legal action to collect on shipping invoices even though the product that was stolen while in their possession was valued at four times that amount. We even lost a customer over this."

"WROST FREIGHT COMPANY I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH. LOST OUR FREIGHT, AND AFTER 5 MONTHS STILL HAVENT BEEN COMPENSATED. IF I TRY TO CALL TO FIND OUT PHONE SYSTEM IS USLESS, YOU ARE ON HOLD FOR HOURS AND NO ANSWER, BUT IF YOU WANT TO SCHEDULE A PICK UP BAM JOHNNY ON THE SPOT."

"Unprofessional, rude employee who simply tell you, you get your stuff when you get your stuff, and that the tracking number is just an estimate, don’t sit waiting for a delivery that requires you to be available to receive. Will never order from anyone using this service."

"This company rips u off and cut your rates change up everything don't work for them truck note over 800$ don't do it your family will suffer the way they load freight it will fall out the back once you get to facility and open doors or at terminal nothing is accurate with load rude staff mngr or management screw u rate Con for driver's u get ripped off don't do road suck runner terrible trailers .. when you go get your trailer late night it's falling out not even secured .. don't make the mistake like I did. If you value your dignity dontttttttt do it everrrrrrrrrrr!!!!!!!"

"There is not another freight company that operates as bad as this one. I've had freight arrive one week after arriving at the local terminal more than I can count. When you call for information, they hang up on you before even asking about it. Local dispatch will not answer the phone. Operator will come on the phone and transfer to dispatch, for them to answer and just hang up before being able to ask a question. They also add "Notification Charges" when you never asked to be notified. And, they never call for Notification or delivery appointment, so that's crazy as well. I've had many BOL with made up add on fees. We have a dock, and we have set hours, so this is uncalled for. They usually have the lowest rate, but they are not worth using, because they make up additional fees on you. Unsatisfied Customer in Dallas Texas."
