"I purchased a door from Home Depot online, and to my surprise, it arrived a week earlier than expected. The driver went above and beyond, using common sense to deliver the item to our back alley entry garage instead of leaving it on the curb in the front yard. Additionally, he kindly placed the item inside the garage for us. Delivery date 2/7/24, trailer 480475."
"Horrible experience not only did they keep pushing back delivery day. The Shipment was extremely damaged so I am dealing with the claims department going on now for 2 months and they still haven’t resolved the issues so I can order replacements."

"Negative Star, AAA Cooper Transportation is an awful brand. My dad ordered 1 riding and 1 self propelled mower. Invoice states AAA Cooper were to notify us to schedule an appointment to deliver. Items were delivered 2 weeks early on a huge pallet, blocking my car. Suppose my parents weren't home and out of town when items dumped unsecured on our driveway. The driver was extremely rude, he wouldn't wait to allow me to move my car so he could move pallet closer and securely next to our garage door. I happened to see driver before he returned to his truck as I just walked outside to retrieve an item from my car. He said to my mom he 'already fulfilled his job' and told me he 'didn't have time', as he entered and sat in his truck approximately another 10 minutes in front of my parents house. Nonetheless, my parents changed their minds and contacted Home Depot for a pickup and return. My parents received a full refund of $3,000."
