"Don’t believe them to deliver your shipment as scheduled! I had a bad experience. They gave me the wrong ETA every day, then every hour and then every 10 minutes !"

"They delivered a pallete to my customer, then billed us $77 for using liftgate. They provided a POD marked 'liftgate- Yes', signed by our customer. However recipient (our customer) firmly denied they ever used the liftgate, and provided their POD marked 'Liftgate- No'. We belive our customer is telling the truth because we have been sending pallets every month to them and they never used liftgate. We also clearly requested on the BOL: "Do not use the liftgate!". Lying is bad, even worse is their drivers fabricated a fake document to make a few bucks. I do not believe a company would do this. But they need to have better trainnings and a basic moral standards for their drivers."

"Horrible customer service. I paid 2x what FedEx charges.. Online shows expected Monday 8-5pm. I take off from work, wait all day. Nothing shows.. The following day I wait, nothing shows.. I call them to get rude customer service saying my package still ain't ready for delivery it has to be scheduled.. So why then does it show Online it arrived Sunday at airport and been sitting 60 hrs, not been delivered or anything until I call and complain. Now I gotta wait another day.. FedEx has delivered me 50 boxes this size for $125 and was on time when tracking said it was expected. For the $400 I was charged, this is complete BS.. sad excuse for a Business, I deserve a Refund"

"Poor customer service from the ATL team. First off, I ask to call me when they were on their way but was told that's not part of their process. So I have to waste a day off work waiting for them to show up when I'm just 10 minutes away. I arrange for my 23-year-old daughter to stay at home. Lastly, the delivery truck dropped the $3k mattress in the middle of the road cause moving them over to the driveway wasn't part of his job. I will highly recommend reviewing your customer service process."

"Very easy drop. Best security guards ever! Sonya was very nice when we dropped off. Went back the next day to see if there was an empty and although we did not catch her name, that security was just as nice as Sonya! It was a pleasant surprise, most security guards are not very friendly to drivers."
