"My Builder, Castlerock, hired this company to deliver and install our appliances. After several months of waiting because the GE appliances were backorder, we received the range and microwave. The Dishwasher was scheduled for delivery on March 25th. When they arrived, they stated that they would not take the loaner with them. We declined the delivery and asked them to work with builder to sort this out. A few days later, they provided a new delivery date but prior to delivery, called stating that the item was damaged. The item was once again on backorder but now until June. Today they called to schedule delivery for tomorrow, by the afternoon they called again stating that the item was on backorder until June. They need to get their processes together. The person who called also thought it was professional to tell me that we should find another model. It's obvious they never built a home and that's not how it works. This company and Castlerock are a perfect pair both have horrible processes."

"The two Tempur-Pedic delivery drivers that I met where fantastic. The organization of scheduling and communicating with the delivery drivers is a mess. I was texting back and forth with a person that was trying to organize the delivery team to come back to my house to redo the work that was never done correctly last year. Do you know what that person(Keith Thompson) told me that he was in training that's why I wasn't getting good service and why he couldn't be free to organize the delivery team to come to my house. I think he needs to stay in training. Because he made a complete mess of trying to organize the delivery team to come to my house again. And because of him they came to my house for nothing I was already gone I couldn't wait for them any longer. I still have a $2,500 Tempur-Pedic Ergo extend that has no smart features."

"The delivery /installer employee deceived me by leaving me a defective appliance i guess he was to lazy to take it back he told me to just call the company and they will send me another one so I trusted I thought it was a reliable company but it's not at all, so i make the necessary calls this company told me that nothing they can do because its already installed so zero help and here i'm with a partial working new appliance, so annoying go find another company don't risk it the hassle is real don't thrust this company and their employee."
