"The turn over in staff is crazy The girls at the drive thur toss the change in tube system it's all loose I've lost 2 dollars one trip They act like your putting them out when ask or call about something!! I was out of one med 6 days and Janet who stepped in to help and she call me they 80 in stock but nobody wanted to do there job to call it's easier to say "IT'S OUT OF STOCK" I here that at least once a month !! Oh it will be in tomorrow knowing they won't be working so wash the hand on that pass the buck. It was never like that before when Janet was there and Lindsey all went out of her way to to about different things that nobody else would stop and tell you anything They don't even ask if I had any questions for the pharmacist that's the store on Main street"

"Pharmacy is always Closed . They never answer I came out the Emergency to go pick up my medicine that my Doctor prescribed that I need URGENT walked there in pain to find that the have no Pharmacist to work .. who is the ceo or business owner they need to call business Bureau on this business.. . Someone is going to sue this place if they die for not getting their Medication.."

"This branch in the Auburn Street area struggles with very high volume at the pharmacy with possibly the basic amount of staff that HR can provide (1 pharmacist and 1 to 2 employees assisting at the counter per shift? That's what I can see each time I visit them). These hardworking professionals could use some extra help at this branch. professionals"

"I cannot begin to Express how much the pharmacy sucks. For the last 6 months they have screwed up EVERY SINGLE TIME. They just told me they cant fill my daughters prescription because shes not due for a refill. She just got the prescription today. The lady argued with me on the phone telling me that my daughter's been on the prescription which she just got from the allergist TODAY who she just met TODAY after her lab tests came back. Then she told me theres nothing she can do, it's not her problem I have to clear it up on my end. I imagine they think it's a refill because it had to be sent again because 2 hours after it was sent I went in and they said they didnt have anything for her. Which is exactly what theyve said every time I've gone to get something. Of course everytime this has happened a manager or at least better trained employee has showed them that they were looking in the wrong que on the computer. No one could find it this time because evidently anyone who knew what they were doing is gone. And when they actually do tell you that it's ready, you go in to stand in line for 40 minutes only to have them tell you it's not ready it's going to be 2 hours or they cant find it. Close or not, not worth the hassle. Go to Walmart or CVS on north main"
