"Loss prevention follows you around like a stalker ex. Made me feel uncomfortable the entire time. You shouldn't treat people like thieves if they are paying customers. And this is supposed to be the "good" Walmart."

"Tired of scanning my own items as employees complain their 14 something an hour is slave pay as they stand around playing on their phones as I scam my items. I dony mind scanning my stuff but employees are lazy and lucky they get paid that high doing nothing. Very sad people have turned so lazy thinking handouts should be given to you for doing nothing."

"12/24/23: Missing almost ALL the Christmas candy ordered, except 2 small bags of Skittles. That's almost $60.00 with taxes. Waiting for a return call for the refund. Also, yesterday while in store picking up a few items, the self check-out using Walmart Pay confirmed I paid and the message, "Your digital receipt will be sent to you" appeared on the screen. Before walking out I voluntarily went to show the greeter at the door my receipt. Which is missing. So she had to call security and I had to go back again to pay because the manager (?) said it didn't show I paid. He said they were having issues. When checking out AGAIN, same items, I refused to use self pay and would NOT use Walmart Pay. There was TWO open aisles for people to check out with a person. And then one closed. On the day before CHRISTMAS Eve! If I get charged twice, then I have to go back and explain the whole Walmart mess. Walmart OPEN YOUR REGISTERS, and enough of missing items in pickup and delivery! It's a hassle to get a refund, obviously items ordered are something I needed, and I have to wait for my refund for up to 7 business days. I'll be surprised if I get a call back about my refund today as promised. I'm always disappointed in this particular store. ------------------------------------- 06/25/23 Just DON'T order pick up or delivery from here. This store has always messed up something. Today I'm missing SEVENTEEN ITEMS for a delivery. I pay for the subscription, I pay for the tip and when they mess up I have to get it fixed and they DON'T deliver the missing items. I never heard back from a manager when my order had raw chicken juice all over my delivered items and at the time I had to RETURN IT. I hate this Walmart. Go to Rockton. They aren't a hot mess like this place. My last delivery had holes in my Creamer and when the delivery girl picked it up it leaked all over her hands and the bag. Seriously, get your store together! -------Previous issues : So far two of my online orders of Cuties/clementines end up being a refund request. They are rotting and smashed. I've received leaking grape tomatoes that are rotten, and the employee has to have known as the grape tomatoes were bagged up separately due to leaking. I can't remember if it was this specific store for the tomatoes. Another Walmart online order gave me leaking Tide detergent. I didn't request a refund, but the employees again knew it was leaking as it was bagged up. Another time my liquid dish soap was leaking. I really feel that the employees are pushed by management to get the orders done too fast or may not care. I'm guessing it's due to time constraints as one employee said they are tracked /timed. That's really unfortunate for the employees AND customers."
