"A week ago my husband made a complaint to corporate, and today we are saddened to know it went nowhere. Yesterday and today staff let us know that now employees are actually starting to quit. Our complaint was against the woman manager of the entire store on Springfield. A lot of times while shopping here you will notice this manager talking down to her employees, gossiping about the employees, or outside vaping while her employees are inside stocking. Our complaint directly the day we called corporate was the day we called. She actually was yelling at an employee about how he was possibly going to be fired in front of everyone. She didn’t take him to a back room. She was very loud and continued to be loud as she walked towards the front of register. A lot of theses employees whether day shift or night will verbally tell you how awful she is of a boss, but also witness it as well. It really is sad to just be out picking up toilet paper and have to see such treatment to employees. The employees themselves are very polite and you can tell are not appreciated or given credit to how clean they keep the store, or how well they treat the customers. Managers do seem to always sneak by and seem just like the best workers themselves, but I’m not the only one to say something about this managers behavior. Do better family dollar these employees are barely getting by financially they should not have to work for such an awful woman."

"The store was organized and clean and the two men working were very helpful and friendly. Since this store has been in service the customer service has always been outstanding the staff changes a lot but the choices of employees have been in line with the people who shop. I have to go back soon staff had an awesome selection of music playing!"
