"The store on East State Street. My client and I walked into the store and both said good morning to the clerk behind the counter. We walked in separately. She looked at me and didn’t say a word. I don’t care what your personal life looks like, it’s up to you how you choose to be and treat other people. But when I come into a public place with money, looking to spend it in the store that you represent, and don’t have the common courtesy to say hello…no good! I won’t be back. I am very low income and don’t have much money, but when I spend it I’d like to be at least acknowledged for spending it in your store! I’m not expecting anything here, I wanted to vent because I’m wondering why people feel their entitled to act uncivilized and rude to customers who don’t know you from Adam. Good customer service is close to be something from the past. Unacceptable"

"There was one new worker there. The lines were very long because she is still learning. She did the best she could, but she was alone. Many people dropped their items and left in frustration. She kept apologizing because she could see how it was going. She had to call them manager every time she had a question because she was undertrained."

"Awww! The young female behind the counter was very helpful. They didn't carry my lawn bags that I was searching for, but she directed me to where I would find some. And as usual, the items that I did purchase were less expensive and same quality as I would have found at a higher brand store. This is a great store that actually carries a lot of product in a small space. Easy parking too."

"Staff is very nice, you can tell that they're trying their best and they've got a good vibe. At times its very busy and they seem to always be short staffed, so they're always scrambling around but I respect their effort. When it isn't busy though they're always very nice and helpful. One MAJOR downside is the careless type of people who shop there; they're always leaving messes, acting out, being rude, and they never put things back the way they found them. If the community would be a bit more curdious it would really improve the environment of the store and make it easier for their small crew to take care of the store. Overall - great place, fair prices, and nice staff."
