"Horrible customer service — do NOT pay over the phone! I spoke with Kenny at length on the telephone on 2/2 at approximately 11:45am to schedule driving lessons. I paid in advance for a $225 package and scheduled two sessions during this call. Fast forward: I arrived at the school for my 12:30pm appointment on 2/6 and was told by Kenny that I was “not on the schedule.” When I reminded him of our phone conversation and showed him proof of my email receipt, he nonchalantly told me again that I wasn’t on the schedule and could “come back tomorrow” for an appointment with Larry. I explained that this was unacceptable and a major inconvenience, as I took time off and wasted money in Uber fare to get there. When I asked for a refund, Kenny claimed he could not process one and stated: “You should get it back in 30 days.” When I requested written confirmation that I would receive a refund, he refused to provide this documentation as well. I then asked for the proprietor’s business card and he snidely gave me a flyer instead. When I asked for the name of the proprietor or a supervisor whom I could speak with directly, he refused to share this information and claimed there was no one for me to correspond with (despite later being contacted by a “director”). Long story short: Kenny was incredibly unprofessional, careless, disrespectful and unapologetic. He showed no remorse for his NEGLECT to schedule the lessons. Instead of trying to rectify the matter and accommodate a lesson while I was present, Kenny was defensive, dismissive and unwilling to take accountability for his errors. I understand that we all make mistakes, but this was handled very poorly and I do not patronize businesses where I am mistreated. Kenny’s behavior is a liability and bad for business. Hopefully, this feedback is helpful in regards to training and development so this doesn’t happen to another prospective customer. *TLDR: Kenny took my money over the phone and then turned me away when I showed up for a lesson that he failed to schedule."
