"I have been taking Guitar lessons at Big Star Music Academy for almost 9 months now and I have had a wonderful experience! My instructor is Derek Baker. It is a beautiful thing to see someone fulfilling their passion, and with Derek as an instructor, that is exactly what you will get! He has a wonderful program that combines education with life experience. He is patient and meets each student where they are with a goal of helping you strive to meet your goals and potential. He makes himself available for questions and has provided excellent guidance along the way. He uses little anecdotes in his teaching that bring his point across in amusing, interesting, and memorable ways. He is a kind and caring teacher with a passion for the to guitar that is made clear through his love of sharing it with others. I have had a wonderful experience and learned so much and would highly recommend Mr. Derek Baker to anyone with a desire to learn guitar!"

"I love the decor and the set up! The lobby is very comfortable and Angela is very helpful & greets everyone by name! She gave us a tour on our first day and the history behind the studio is awesome. My son and I were very impressed with the rooms and the studio with a stage. He learned a lot on his first day from Blake. I really like the flexibility of scheduling with the instructors and the option to pay on the day of the lesson or pay in advance. This academy definitely fits my busy schedule and payment options. Looking forward to bringing my son back!"
