"Horrible service. We ordered and paid in full for an NCA ring in January 2023. It is now April and my daughter’s ring was never sent to production. We had scheduled her senior pictures, put down a deposit, and ultimately had to cancel because the ring was not received. My daughter earned her ring and I have no choice but to wait. Disappointing."
"Ordered in Feb for graduation in June. I have received no items, no reply to my emails, no return phone calls, no one answers the phone when I call. If this is due to supply chain issues what is the poor customer service due to? Obviously it’s incompetence and not just supply chain issues. I work in the promo product industry and understand delays but when I paid for items well in advance and have not even been able to speak to anyone this is called theft!"
"I have graduation in 13 days!!!! I ordered my cap and gown months ago, some of my schools orders were delivered however mine and many others have not shown up yet. I am getting extremely anxious and need to take senior pictures but have no response from this company. Me as well as many others at my school have tried to contact this company multiple times in order to get a delivery date and have zero response. I am beyond stressed!"
"I gave one star because I have to. I ordered my invitations and cap and gown on November 13, 2021 and here we are May 02, 2022 and I still don't have anything. Graduation is less than a month away. I too can't get to a live person on the phone and my emails go unanswered. This company is a well established company of many years so they are no stranger to deadlines. I M extremely upset as I know I spent a pretty penny on their products only to not get it time."
"My experience with Herff Jones has been abysmal. I ordered my cap/gown for my upcoming graduation well over 3 weeks ago and this company has yet to ship anything. Reaching out to them was an ordeal as well. I called today, 3/29/22, and was on hold for over 30 minuets with no answer. Just stuck in limbo being subjected to awful hold music and a repetitive message saying they had higher than normal call volumes. Prior to my call I did send an email inquiry and they failed to respond to that. At this point I am stuck as these jokers are the ones my university uses for the caps/gowns. In there future when I acquire my JD I hope to God I don’t have to deal with this inferior company."
