"If I could give the school a fourth of a star I would. We moved here from another district and as soon as I registered my daughter I had a feeling this is going to be a special experience. The office staff is basic and not informative not friendly and God knows where your paperwork goes once left in the administration‘s hands. My child had an issue with bullying at the school with the same students.This went on for a month and a half after I had changed her schedule three times and been to the school twice my husband once. The faculty from the principles to the Counslor’s were useless in this matter and our concerns for a very serious behavior. They were lacking in any type of solution or an attempt of a solution to solve my child being intimidated Both physically and verbally at school as well as on social media. There was no communication on the staff end of things when I was repeatedly in the office voicing concerns. Their lack of proper skills and downright commonsense was shocking to me After proof was brought to them about the Childrens identities. I would not advise anyone to allow their child to attend the school Safety should be the number one priority with the students. I should believe that when I drop my child off at school and she is in the care of the faculty of an educational facility that she will be safe. The school has filled in all areas of being a reputable place we send our kids to be educated. Disgusted!"

"The school has excellent teachers and staff. My daughter has enjoyed her first two years at GMS and is looking forward to her last this 2017-18 school year. Preparation and setting a foundation starts at home and school enhances the skills learned at home. GMS is a great school to develop stronger skills in music, academics and social development. I am glad my daughter has made friends with students that have similar interests and goals. She's made incredible gains and is sad it's her last year. GMS is a great school that has lots to offer."

"I attended this middle school all 3 years i personally have to say i love the school but right now I'm not happy with how a little boy keeps harassing my little brother who is autistic at that i will be showing up today to make this well aware of what yalls students are like i can believe the hazing problem becayse i too was hazzed when i attended tgis school so i am not satisfied at all"

"My daughter attended this school for all three years. In about a couple of weeks she will be ending her last year from Garner Middle School. I want to thank all the teachers and office personnel for doing a great job! Received a called every time my daughter was not in school, to make sure she was find. She also attended the KIN program (after school program) with Mr. George. Which is a great program for working parent like myself, that needs someone to watch and help the kids with homework, etc. Again, Thank you very much!"
