Per usual 10 out of 10. *****Original***** Purchased three Jackson Bite kayaks from FTU this afternoon. Their crew took great care of me while I was there. Couldn’t be happier with my experience. Emily (the owner) was a wellspring of knowledge. HUGE variety of tackle and other stuff. Stop by! You won’t be disappointed! Ps. Their pricing is really fair too. Overall 10 out of 10."

"I have had great experiences here with very knowledgeable staff, but there is a very rude older lady whom I often see working behind the reel counter. I was in the market for a reel to land based shark fish, it took me 4 to 5 visits because I wanted to take the time to be sure I was buying the right gear. The guys were great, very patient and kind. An employee named Mason really took the time to listen to my concerns and make suggestions. It took a while, but I eventually bought the reel and the pole. The funny thing was that the lady behind the reel counter told the employees not to help me, because I never buy anything. So, I am guessing she was not there when I bought my inshore pools, fly fishing gear, and multiple spools of line."

"Buddy helped me out a lot, guiding me through an overwhelming amount of information for my upcoming offshore deep sea fishing trip. He helped me to understand what it would be like, how to prep, and aspects to make sure to do when I get there. He also went over options that I didn't know I needed to think about and make some choices about beforehand and was overall very patient with me whipping out my phone to take notes several times in the interaction. "Worst service ever bad attitudes for their own defective equipment I don’t recommend this place to no one I was being treated as if I was trying to steal from them on something I bought a couple days ago. From the start. Very disrespectful on the way they treated me. Nice to take your money. Azzhos when they have to honor some shti. I wouldn’t want anyone to get treated that way. JP"
