"Just left Eight One. Shout out to the employee that assisted me the whole way. I went in looking for a specific size and he was able to make me a list of hats available for me. Super cool guy, will definitely come back!!"
"Owner always says read our policies whenever there is an issue. No , take care of your customers. His hat creator needs to go too."
"I'm outside your store at 4:30 and it is closed. I drove from Channelview to pick up my pre-order. Your website shows you close at 7pm."
"Picked up a hat today and the folks that was working there are welcoming and know good customer service. They have a good selection of locally inspired fitted hats and merchandise"
"A business more looking to make a quick buck rather than retain customers. For a recent hat release, as a first time customer, I was responsible for the purchase of 4 caps. Through a misunderstanding, I needed to return one of the caps. Upon calling, I was told that it should be no issue since I was within the 10 day window listed on the website. First I was told I would have to pay a 15% restocking fee (cost as a result of their merchant, which we all know is bogus, but that's another subject). I was fine with taking a 15% hit. Then when arrived, it was switched to cannot be returned, can only be exchanged or store credit. I elected for store credit. Then, story changed again and it was no return, no exchange because of a "limited release." My issue has nothing to do with the money, but more of taking care of your customer to make sure they're a repeat customer and refer as well. To have a company change their story multiple times, seems bad for business and make sure that I'm not only a first time customer, but last time customer. The employees seemed willing to help but served more as a messenger to the owner/manager. My message to them... be better."
