"Extremely rude personnel . I found an item in the clearance rack with a sale tag and when I went to check out, the girl behind the counter said “crazy people this tag is not right” . She kept repeating “well someone placed the wrong tag on this “ insinuating that I was the one who changed the tags. She showed it to the guy next to her and he said , “she’s really trying to buy that ?” Once again acting like I did something wrong . I ignored them at the time because I had nothing to hide as this is exactly how I found the item on the rack. The manager was nice and able to find the correct price of the item. I still ended up purchasing it because it was still a good sale price , but thinking back, I should have complained to the manager about the staff at the registers. They were extremely rude and unprofessional."

"Yesterday I had bought my dream prom dress from here ❤️ I had great help from the staff. A worker named Coco helped me with all the dress options. The place was nice and clean and overall they have a good shopping experience ☺️ great job ladies."

"Went there for late Christmas shopping. The employees in the shoe department were very attentive and great! The women's department didn't find one person to help.. but they still had a great selection for jeans. Just would have like to see the fitting rooms more presentable and clean, clothes that people tried on were everywhere in the stalls. But otherwise, it's a great place for shopping. They had every fragrance cologne my husband loves.."

"I found my experience here to be quite depressing. I know department stores are far from the glory they once had when I was a child, but this was awful. I went in to look for pillows and honestly there was more merchandise on the floor than stored on their shelves. There were so many pillows and comforters on the floor it was nearly hazardous to trip over. The entire upstairs was a jungle. The escalators are out of order which made the trip up and back down even worse. The carpet looks like it hasn’t been vacuumed or cleaned in years. And even if I had wanted to purchase something, there were no employees in sight. I don’t think I’ll be shopping in person here any time soon. It’s a better experience even at Ross. Very sad what’s happened to what was once a nice store. If you can’t give a good shopping experience to customers it’s best to close the doors."
