"Went in for a return and an exchange. Asked for a flannel in xxs and the girl said they didn’t have that size. Checked online and they do. Asked for a refund on items that were bought separately and she returned everything to one card and didn’t even ask if that’s how we wanted it and then when we complained she said she told us but she never specified. Overall bad experience."
"Customer service is bad. You could take a parade into this store and the staff wouldn't even wave hello! Doesn't feel very welcoming If you're shopping for jeans just buy them at Zumiz two stores over. Their jeans don't tear like AE and they'll greet you with a great smile every time."
