"I walked into the store without any staff’s welcoming. The lady who works here today is totally unpleasant with what she doing and treated customer with attitude. She can’t even open a smile to store’s guests. I thought Lacoste is a high end store with excellent customer service. Can’t believe in what I witnessed today."

"First time I visited this store to day 2/26/2022. Only one guy in the store is actually nice. Other staffs was so rule and wear. When I asked them which items on the rack are 50%. The staff was telling me what do I mean. She had earpod on her ear and doesn’t care what the customer was concerned about. Plus she seems like to only taking care of her “rich friends”. When I came to register, she talked to staff after checkout customer ỉn front of me. She like to ignored me for some reason. When checking out she didn’t look what she was scanning. The price was wrong and she didn’t even sorry to me when she adjusted. She had an attitude towards me. This is first and last time I visited this store. Worse experience ever. This store need to change some staff and different management."

They’re hanging out in the back, chatting with each other rather than customers, and phones in their faces. It’s obvious there have been several poor reviews, but nothing improves."
