"I’m not gone lie, writing this got me in tears. I’ve always wanted to get a blowout so I came here to get it done. I never felt like they treated me wrong or nothing like that because he did give me a discount but what I would say is that the older lady washed my hair and kept saying it had glue in it I told her I didn’t have glue in my hair and that it was just greasy she proceeded to finish washing my hair. Then I get in the chair to be blow dryed and flat iron. By the way my hair has been growing for awhile and my length was past my shoulders. I was in the seat by the door and after the man straightened my hair. I looked in the mirror it look like half of my hair was gone and I knew it felt short. I told myself I wouldn’t ever come back their. The lady that washed my hair pulled all my hair out. Combing it out then the men that did the blowout fried my sh!t. I didn’t even wear my hair I put my scarf on because my hair was to my neck. A week later I washed my hair and it all scribbled up. It never did that. My hair is so damaged that I would have to cut it all off and start over but I don’t want to be bald so I’m hold on to this hair that I know will not grow or ever straighten out like it use to do when I flat ironed my own hair. I wouldn’t recommend anyone with thick hair to come here at all or you will regret it for the rest of your life."

"Black Sisters!! This is not the place for us! I noticed racial Slurs and so much judgement from the owner as he "examine" the sisters that came in there. He randomly gives prices. No price is set for anyone. He charges ppl with longer and thicker hair more money. They talk about you if your not looking a certain way which made me feel completely uncomfortable cause you never know what anyone is going through but they was willing to spend there money at your shop. There's a lack of respect for the woman of color which is strange because majority of there clientele are black woman!"

"Walked in to have my hair done. The man at the front desk was EXTREMELY rude. He asked if I’d been at the location before. To which I replied no. He curtly asked me to take down my hair without explaining why. He then said it’s $85 because your hair is too thick pay cash up front! I have NEVER paid a stylist up front. I NEVER will. It’s a wonder this place is still in business!"

"I went for a deep conditioning, end clips, and curl. 105.00 a bit steep however I needed it done.stylist very knowledgeable and friendly."
