"Had lashes done for years and due to moves etc. I’ve had many different ladies do my lashes, but I have to say Emily did a fantastic job. No stinging, very focused, detailed oriented, and I have to say she had a super light touch. I’ve had ladies in the past pinch, put super sticky tape on my eyelids… etc.bringing tears to my eyes, but I almost barely felt Emily touching my lashes. Very relaxing and love the results of the Sapphire look. I’ll check back after I’ve had these for 3 weeks as usually my lashes last that long, but so far the application experience was lovely. Update: Had a couple of refills now. Both times lashes stayed on very well. Emily also maintains her quality of service with the refills and takes her time. So happy I found a wonderful lash specialist:)"

"Came in for the Glow Up Seasonal Facial and Refreshed Eye Treatment with Emily. Emily was a dream, my dissatisfaction is with the salon setting, communication with Kathy, the owner and overall vibe. It’s an open concept with three stations set 6 feet apart. I’ve been to other salons with a similar setting and never experienced the amount of chatter between a client and another staff person, who turned out to be the owner, Kathy as I did today. Maybe during a lash and a brow service, conversation is welcomed, but a facial, c’mon who carries on conversations or expects to be woken from a drifted sleep with loud talking and laughing? I did speak to Kathy which just infuriated me more. A good business owner understands the needs of all customers, and is open to hearing concerns, possibly giving some thought to a different approach. What I got today was Kathy defending the vibe of her salon, and a masked apology, ya know too bad for me. So new customers be warned and Kathy, much luck to you in the future. Kathy, in response to your reply, I will share my experience on as many platforms as possible, not to hurt you or your business, but to raise awareness to the unsuspecting customer as to the vibe of your salon and to you, as a business owner. You might want to reconsider the services your business offers, I can assure you anyone wanting a facial is looking for a calm and quiet experience even in an open concept salon."
