"This past Saturday, I had an appointment for a balayage and haircut. While Gabby is fantastic at cutting hair, my hair color is everything I said I did not want. The color does not match any of the inspiration images I shared, it is way lighter than I requested (which makes it worse when my natural hair is so dark), it's poorly blended, and it's brassy. While I appreciate the fact that Gabby took the time to go back in and tone down my hair, it's still completely wrong. Leaving the salon I felt completely defeated and I tried to work with what I was given. Within these past few days, it's been rough when family, friends, and coworkers have all noted that my hair is off (and not in a good way). While I appreciate the friendly staff and great haircuts, my balayage experience was completely awful. The loss of self-esteem is not worth the price or the practice the salon got on my hair. **Update to my review. I would like to thank the owners for reaching out to me to correct my hair color. Karla did an amazing job at color-correcting my hair to the dark natural look that I was going for. She was also a great listener and validated my concerns. It's been almost 2 weeks since my appointment and I am still getting compliments!"

"This was my first time at the salon and the experience was amazing! The environment was fun, friendly, soothing and customer focused. This place is also super pet friendly and will allow your dog in there. When you first walk in, they check you in and offer you something to drink. The neck and head massage was awesome! Karla was amazing, she was friendly and helped me pick my hair style. I will come back for my next haircut."
