"Got a pedicure for the first time and never coming back. My toe nails got severely damaged by a nail drill during gel removal, I could feel the heat and sharp pain every time it touched my nail plates. The whole time I was stressed out fidgeting on the edge of my seat…hardly a relaxing spa experience. The master was so inexperienced I really think it was her first pedicure. At some point I was watching her scratching off the gel with her nails, how I didn’t spring to my feet and storm out was beyond me. Paid almost $80 for this horrific experience and the pedicure that I had to redo at home afterwards. Stay away!"

"This is a great place to get your nails done. The staff is super sweet and helpful, their website makes it easy to book an appointment, and they did a great job with my nails."

"This Salon is the best place to have a Swedish massage or deep tissue. The front staff are incredibly kind and personable. They see you earlier than your appointment and always are courteous and prompt. After the most relaxing experience you get water to rehydrate. I came with a bad shoulder that even physical therapy never fixed but after routine massages with David C. I can tell you I feel no more pain. I am a customer for life!"

"I had high hopes for this salon because they advertise they use Aveda products. I booked lowlights and highlights (a partial). I asked the stylist to just do my roots and match the highlights and lowlights that I already had. I was clear that my stylist of 10 years does not bleach my highlights but he uses a high lift color with golden violet or violet base. He uses a lowlight level 5 ash. She insisted that she knows how to match my highlights with bleach. I warn her my hair lifts fast. Halfway through my highlights and lowlights she sprays water on my hair to apparently stop the back of my head from bleaching out. when she finished the first time it was chunky orange highlights which she then says, I should have put more lowlights in. She then completely covers the side of my head with lowlights that cover almost all the highlights. She adds a toner that is way too dark for my hair and covers most of the madness. There are still blonde streaks in the back of my head. When I went back to have it fixed I brought the directions to fix my hair from my hairdresser of 10 years (I moved here from out of state). She seemed very annoyed and pulled out a photo from before she did my hair and told me that the back of my head looked like my hair when I came in. It actually didn't. but she admitted that the back of my head didn't look like the sides. The haircut was a joke. It was an uneven trim and I asked her for layers and they are not even straight. Please listen to your customers, especially when the previous stylist is nice enough to give you the exact color and highlight positions. This was $245. Last photo was the color I asked her to match and my hair before she ruined it."

"So, I went in yesterday to Salon 212 to get my greys covered. The stylist who did my color did a great job! Very happy with the service. She is very pleasant. However, I am writing this review because she had the most disgusting, the nastiest, the dirtiest brushes and combs I have EVER seen! OMG, it almost made me vomit. The brushes/combs were very old as if she had never got a new set the last 5 years she has worked there. What was disgusting was seeing other people's hair in them. Aren't the brushes/combs supposed to be in disinfecting liquid? Combs you see by sewers look cleaner than the nasty stuff she used on me. In 49 years, I have only given 4 reviews and this is one of them. Beyond disgusted/shocked that she uses these on clients."
