"I don't understand all the negative reviews for this place. I just had my first visit this morning, and it was great. I was expecting the worse, but was pleasantly surprised. The staff was very nice, and my appointment went very smooth. I'm glad I found them."

"Don’t come here! Dr. Burgos is not actually the person that sees you. It’s always someone different, and the staff has no idea what they are doing. I left messages so I could get my kids appointment scheduled because they don’t answer the phone, no one never called me back. There is no one in charge and I regret ever going there."

"Dr. Burgos used to be affiliated with this office but no longer is. I asked him to clear up this confusion so that no one else shows up to the incorrect location as I did. He works 3308 Dean Rd. Fort Worth, Tx 76106."

"Skip them. No e-script capabilities, major hassle with medications and refills, staff condescending and rude. Making phone call today for medical records and to give them their pink slip. Plus....no one there seems to have ever seen Dr Burgos before or have very much info on him they are willing to share ! Major red flag."

"I set up an appointment a year ago but the person I spoke with on the phone was unprofessional and I was apprehensive. I was then contacted more than I’ve ever been contacted before an intake. *THEN* they contacted my emergency contact, prior to the appointment. That’s bizarre; I cancelled. I accidentally made a second appointment a year later (legitimately mixing up the number with another Keller doctors office) and when I realized I’d called the wrong place and called to cancel (after they again called my emergency contact the day of despite my having already confirmed) I was told that no one else in DFW takes my insurance — implying they were my only option — and not to do this again. I certainly will not do this again and encourage the same. Perhaps Dr. Burgos is fantastic. But my brief interactions with whoever handles the phones have unequivocally conveyed either desperation for patients, sketchy communication practices, or both."
