"Technician is fine, problems in the office. Salesman promises on the phone but reality leaves the details undelivered. They wrongly charge for parts/materials not used then string you along for weeks/months saying the refund is processing. Still waiting..."

We took another water sample into Poolwerx. James was fantastic. He explained everything to us, explained the products, and what we needed to do. Super grateful for his help today. "**Update** The Polaris pool cleaner I bought is trash. It doesn't even brush the algae off the walls when driving over. Pool Werx is awesome just need a different pool vacuum company. This place has been great. They are so helpful and answer all my questions in detail. Gentlemen at the front is a representation of what customer service is. On the pool side they helped with getting my pool chemistry inline. I'm a new pool owner and sometimes feel like I'm bothering them. Ill go up several days in a row. Never get that from them though. Thank you Pool Werx"

"I wrote and posted the review below on Monday. Subsequent to that the service manager reached out to me and we have since resolved the issues. I feel important to note that they resolved the issue. Hopefully the experience documented below helps them become a better business as everyone I have spoken to individually seem to be good people. I thank them for resolving the issues. It Truly saddens me to write this review. I have attempted on at least five occasions to have Nick or Carter, the services management team call me to discuss the ongoing issues. In May I contacted them to complete the installation of the automation system. I had used the Aqualink 3.0 and needed fine tuning to get the lights waterfalls, heater and spa all set up. I met on site with Steve, who is by the way the only saving grace this team has, at least from the folks I have dealt with, and we determined a plan. There were parts needed and he assured me he would be back the following week to complete. Well it’s July 11 and as of the writing of this the only work performed is the installation of a $19.00 heat sensor. I have been charged $746.00 to date. Friday I was promised I would see someone Saturday to make it right. That did not occur. Monday Carter assured me on multiple texts they would call me back. That did not occur. The only thing that they have been timely on is charging my credit card. I would be very reluctant to trust this company with any more work. It is a shame."

"We had gotten our pool a few years ago. We started off with a blue linear. That last ice storm damaged the siding and the linear. I had reached out to Bobby, and they came and checked it out. They were able to replace the linear, but this time, we had asked for some fishes on the linear. They delivered a perfect one for us, and the whole family was excited. We told Bobby we wanted a deck when we first got the pool, and he suggested someone. The deck guys did a wonderful job and even gave my daughter some gardening tips. My daughter loves the whole team and poolwerx. They are always so helpful and kind and they always remember your name. My daughter has had nothing but positive things to say about everyone she has encountered here and continues to reach out to them when she needs something answered about the pool."
