"Employees are lazy and snarky. I could have used some help in the dressing room getting larger sizes, but no one came to check on me. When I was checking out both employees behind the counter were commenting sarcastically about being "so busy". I prefer to shop online and only come in for returns. Maybe someday there will just be a return drop off station and not a store with annoying employees."

"Ordered items online and received email that my items were ready for pick up. When I went to pick them up the doors were locked. This was on a Tuesday at 1pm. I found out from the store next door that they have no employees and won't be open for two days. I called customer service online and they told me I just had to wait the 7 days for my order to be canceled because they have no way to cancel my order. I requested a supervisor or manager to speak with and was told managers don't take calls. I could not have the managers name or number. First and last time shopping with Torrid. I see on LinkedIn they are looking for a store manager and assistant manager. Hopefully someone good can get hired here and turn things around. Great location and they are just losing good summer time business in this growing community. Customer service is everything and if you don't have that you don't have anything."
