"When I go to department store I expect to be pestered for a credit card that I don’t need or want ,it goes with the territory, but when I say not interested that should be the end of that. Please do not continue to push. I was going to purchase an item at full price, but I prefer to spend my money at places that don’t instruct their employees to hard sell credit cards."
"Macy's truly never disappoints! I was late for my annual shopping and after visiting a number of stores, I was worried of failure to find what I wanted. Macy's was my dicing card, great shopping options with wonderful.price offers, Got dresses, shoes, a lovely bag and tops. Will be back!"
"No plus sizes or petites available. Had a five hundred dollar gift card for Christmas and was told by store manager that I should go buy on line. Store was completely dis organized. However, other than manage Ment the sales floor did their best to be helpful.. macv used to be my favorite store. Now it is become like sear just before it went bankrupt.. it is extremely sad it was once a great place."
"The majority of the store is nicely presented and clean, however the backstage section is horribly kept. The floors are dirty, the fitting rooms smell bad, and it seems as though they don’t put any of the clothes that have been tried on back on the racks. Instead they pile up near the fitting rooms. Some shoe shelves are bare, and the ones that aren’t are mixed sizes regardless of the section they are in."
"They have an excellent variety of men's clothing. They also have a Backstage which is their clearance section. Lots of great items. The lady checking us out was super friendly. Love Macy's!"
