"Very upset with that store, I went to make my payment and my Victoria S. card could not be read. At the time of requesting my License, I do not have it with me since I recently moved to Texas and I do not have a physical card. I explained to them that I had a Temporary license on paper and I couldn't make my payment either, they didn't help me at all, also they don't accept debit cards to pay, only cash. They should improve their services since it is frustrating to waste time and gas. How ridiculous. We are in modern times, update and train your people."

"If I could give 0 reviews I would. Earlier today 1/12/2024 3:00 pm I had a family member that's an authorize "user" go in to purchase some items. I had called 30 min prior to confirm if there was going to be an issue; they said no with an ID is fine. Makes an hour drive and when finally making a payment, they mentioned they are not able to locate the account. Immediately I called the customer support and they mentioned everything was still active and everything is coming up and the authorize user is showing active. A manager by the name Nadia ( since that was the only name they would give ) was really rude. The way that she handle the situation, yelling as if she's a child ; stating "there is nothing that I can do, there is nothing that can be done".. Was no help. She walked her self to Pink and immediately, they got on the phone with customer support and handle the situation in less than 10min. There was no reason to be treated the way my family member was treated today at Victoria Secret."

"Always my favorite store to shop at. They have gorgeous lingerie sets! Even in my 34G size. My bras have never let me down. I wear the Bombshell and Heavenly perfume and always get compliments. Great selection of perfumes and lotions. Everything I get from there smells delicious. Amazing sales all the time. Get the membership. It's worth it. Everyone should get them a Victoria secrets bra and panty set. Try the robe over it. You deserve it!! Always friendly staff and are they all eager to help you with your with your experience. No lady left behind. Even the men that are lost with picking something out for their partner, will not be steered wrong."
