Shoe Show

"I just walked out of this store buying shoes I needed for work. I really liked a pair of shoes, and asked if the store associates could go to the back and see if there was a size I needed. There were 3 women that were at the front. I am assuming 2 of them was mangers and the one on the cashier register with a very rude attitude. Anyways I asked if about checking for shoes in the back, and 3 of them replied with an answer, which made it confusing. So I asked again, and then 2 replied quickly at the same time. The lady on the cash register asked if I wanted to see if it was at another store. I said no, so I got the ones in my size. However, she then proceeds to ask for my phone number. I said I did not have one, and I said this was my first time in the store. So she tells me my price instead of insisting or asking to sign up for anything to where next time I shop, I can give my phone number. So I go to pay my card declines, the lady on cash register says my card decline no problem the problem is how she said it in the first place. So I tried again, and it got approved. I am writing my experience because as my first time coming in the store it was terrible to ladies that worked there I asked if they liked their jobs the cash register lady kept it quick and short and cut me off with all of their responses the 2 other ladies just allowed her to be rude and nasty. Before leaving, I told the lady on the end that I did not like their attitudes, and then I left. I will NOT be shopping at this store again, SMH. The lady on cashier, her name is Sophia! I did not get the other 2 ladies who just stood there and did nothing. They acted as if everything was cool and normal to behave the way she did. As I was leaving out the doors, I heard Sophia say to one of the ladies, "What did she say?" I looked back, and one of the ladies was just staring me down as if I did something wrong. I just shook my head and kept on walking."

"Got my daughter some boots but the lady in the front didn't really help us much she wasn't really that nice but I went ahead and bought some boots she was a Hispanic lady not that it matters but she just didn't have good customer service skills and my daughter was asking her to help and she kind of had an attitude"

"I was on a daddy daughter date with my 7 year old. It was 8:40 pm and the store hours say they are open until 9pm on Saturday. As I walked up to the glass door there was a girl/employee already standing at the door guarding it. (My daughter saw some shoes she liked through the window and we were trying to go in to buy them) When I opened the door and asked if they were closed the girl then answered “yes” (even though there were still several people in the store). I told her “it’s only 8:40” and she said “I know but we have to clean the store and we still have a lot of people in here”. If your hours say that you are open until 9 pm then customers should be able to shop until that time, and then you lock the door and clean. Like several other reviews I now see on here they obviously don’t have very good customer service and probably won’t be around long treating customers like this."

"This store would get a higher rating if it wasn’t for the disgusting customer service. I came in Feb 2, 2022 at 4pm and the girl working (didn’t get her name) had the worst attitude. From the previous review I wasn’t the only person that felt this way. Shoes are great though."

"Went in today ( 7/18/2020 ) to find some shoes for my daughter for my sisters wedding. Found a cute shoe and I asked the guy if he could help us find the shoes for this in her size. He litterally said, "no I'm not going to help you due to covid 19 and if the shoes arent there then the shoes was probably lost and just got set there" wouldn't help us at all and was extremely rude"
