"Poor customer service. I spent more than a 1000$ last week on clothes at this location and one of the shirts I bought (more than 100$ shirt) frayed on the first day I wore it. For me it is a damaged made shirt that banana should take responsibility for it. The manager, Alfred, did not want to exchange it and for me it’s a poor customer service."

"Nice location. I like how they moved the entrance outside, which faces the new courtyard. The store is spacious, always clean and neat. The mannequins get changed often and there is a nice variety of clothing options. Staff is great and helpful."

"I was in The Woodlands location last week and unfortunately had a disappointing experience when shopping. Moises was very short with me and honestly, and seemed a little rude, to be working in a customer service position. I asked about the price of some accessories just to confirm and it didn't seem clearly marked or had been misplaced in the incorrect location so I just wanted to verify, and he seemed bothered he even had to deal with me. I noticed he was short with other patrons as well, so I didn't take it personally, but I though BR should be made aware that the face of their company to customers is coming off this way, and it is off-putting. I ended up putting my items I had selected for purchase back as I didn't want to bother Moises with having to check me out, as the other team member was already busy. Perhaps he was just having a bad day, but either way, I think the customers deserve to be treated a little better and not as an inconvenience when they come into the store."

"First, I buy a medium in everything, I'm 5' 3 and 120lbs and their mediums are too small. But a large would be too big. Second, how can I wear the blazer shown with the security tag on it??? So I'm going to waste my time to have to go to a store and have it removed, but then also return stuff. Last time I buy from here. About the clothes themselves: I like the black blazer, but without the security tag. I also got an inverted collar blazer, didn't really like it, but probably because it wouldn't fit. And then I got a button down that looks like jean but it's not. It was PAPER THIN, literally. I think cardstock is thicker."
