"I came into this location on Friday (May 12) and still thinking about how customer service seems to be so lacking these days. I walk in and asked the representative if this athleta had bodysuits. And she quickly says no with the rude look on her face. I’m sure she saw how I looked back at her and then proceeded to say we probably carry it online. After that she asked me what would I wear it for? I was kind enough to engage her and give her outfit ideas of the purpose of women liking body suits. She then tells me why it’s not her thing. First of all, a customers needs has nothing to do with the store associates opinions. If anything she should try to be helpful and make a sale. I shop at athleta online and all over the country and this store left a bad taste in my mouth."

"I LOVE this store. Just bought three pairs of pants that are totally versatile for work or play, and they fit perfectly right off the rack. Colors work very well with other combinations. I already have a gym wardrobe from here, years old but all items still look great and haven't worn out either fabric-wise or color-wise. The quality of this clothing is top- notch. I do have items from Title Nine and Lululemon, but Athleta, in my opinion, feels more comfortable then either of the other two lines. Athleta is my favorite!"

"Took a pair of pants in to get alteration as athleta offers free alteration if item is purchased from them in store or online. Got them back and the pant legs are not the same length. Manager on 12/30/21 at 2 pm told me they can’t do anything about it after it’s been altered. I had to argue with her that it was their alteration people that messed up. Reluctantly she refunded me the money for the messed up pants."

"This store needs some lessons in customer service and kindness. I am an athleta cardholder and not only do I purchase for myself I purchase for TWO teenage daughters. I absolutely dread going into this location. The women that work her are so very disrespectful and condescending. I thought the first time it happened the store was just having a bad day but no that is not the case. Whoever manages this location must have an attitude of entitlement or superiority because they acted as if they were doing my family a favor and that we were less than welcome in the store. And treated us as if we were not welcome. The women were not helpful! When we asked a question they were less than enthused with giving us help with our purchase. Last I checked I spent probably as much as some of those woman made last year in athletic wear. I will not be back to Athleta. As much as I love the swimsuits I will find elsewhere that my money is welcome."

"Always have a great experience here. Their staff is helpful and knowledgeable and while their clothes is on the pricey side, the quality makes it well worth it! I love that they carry bra-sized sports bras and swimsuits in store, too!"
