"Went to the store to get the tag taken off of the shirt that I bought because they forgot to take the tag off. The girl at the register is basically like. Where did you get this from. She's criticizing the quality of the material and saying that their quality is much better because I bought it at a different American Eagle. It is the same stor. Why would she even say something like that? She should get back to looking at her phone like she was when I walked into the store and on top of that she should get fired. She deserves to work minimum wage. This happened at 7:20 p.m. December 11th. What a shame the service we have to deal with nowadays"

"Great size exchange experience. Ordered online and the pants didn't fit the boy. The pants now fit the boy. Management was wonderful and the gentleman who helped me should definitely get his lady a sapphire ring because diamonds are gross. Thanks friends! Have the day you deserve!"

"I love American Eagle pants and shorts. They always fit perfectly. They can run a little expensive, but the quality is worth it. I bought a pair from here about 1.5 years ago and they still look and fit perfect. Plus they have good sales. I bought two pairs of shorts in their by one get one half sale. Staff was really nice but didn't hover when I said I didn't need help, which I fully appreciate!"

"It's a nice enough store, but know what you want and where to find it because no one offers to help. The staff stood around chatting with each other while I waited at the register for help and to check out. When, the customer behind me asked where we were supposed to be, someone finally stepped up to help. They were very nice, but after sending me two times to find the correct product I needed, the staff person finally came to look for the item. Not an awful experience, but a bit disappointing."
