"This Nike makes no sense when you try to buy shoes there they hide them. I went there to get some panda dunks and use a 20% coupon I had. When I walked in I saw they had the shoe but before I was going to buy it I wanted to look around. After I was done looking around I turned to go buy the panda dunk that was on the counter and poof it was gone. I was confused at that moment so I asked a employee what happened to the panda dunks that was just on the counter a moment ago. They told me they pulled the sale of the panda dunks and I couldn’t purchase it. I asked can I buy it because I know you have it and I have a 20% coupon. They just told me no. I asked for a explanation and they kept telling me no nothing else but no like I was a 5 year old child. This store is dreadful and no one should never shop here. How are they going to hide a shoe that’s on the counter at JD Sports. I just wanted to use my 20% coupon to buy the shoe not be disrespected. This place need a change of staff because I don’t know who made that policy maybe the store manager?"

"So I go to my favorite Nike store City Center and they tell me I just missed a restock on the bred 4s since I work. They tell me Nike woodlands have them and my size after looking in the system I call a employees says yea we have em 10 min later I pull up and the old white lady store mgr tells me no we pulled them because too many ppl was buying them?!? I ask for my size I called for and told her I talked to a employee she then say well sorry I’m not selling them and it’s my choice and that city center shouldn’t have told me there stock as if they not the same company. Drove 57min just for someone to tell me they have a shoe I want and can purchase but they won’t sell to me. Please Nike fire her"

"If I could give 0 stars I would. The blonde old manager with glasses provides the worst service to people of color and teaches her workers to do the same. Nobody was greeted unless they had a different skin color like hers. I felt out of place with a bunch of workers staring at me like I’m an animal. Typical woodlands making us feel like we aren’t supposed to be there. This is 2024 refusing to service or sell to people that don’t look like you is unacceptable I hope this act of service changes . All of the bad reviews are referring to the same blonde old manager there has to be a change!!!"

"The staff was more than helpful! I had multiple transactions and thought I would have a difficult time with at least one but the woman who helped me made sure everything was correct and that I left happy."
