"THIS SHOP WILL DAMAGE YOUR PROPERTY!! Came to this tire shop with brand new freshly powder coated rims never driven on to be mounted. The tech who put the rims on the car seemed like he was in a hurry and while putting the lug nuts on the vehicle he missed the hole and chipped the paint off of the rim. I spoke to manager as the owner wasn’t available. Upon the manager getting a hold of the owner I clearly hear him say yes the rims were brand new so it had to be his techs fault. They tell me the owner will then give me a call back to discuss what my options are. I wait 3 days with no call or nothing so I go to the shop asking for the owner. They reply he’s not in and they don’t know when he will be in but we aren’t going to cover your brand new rim. They state that they saw on the camera that their guy didn’t make a mistake. I would have respected this shop more if the owner at least had the decency to give me a call about my damage rim instead of blowing me off. I would stay away from this shop at all cost because if they damage your property they will find a way to not cover it and cover it up!! Pictures of the mistake below!!"
