"I had tires installed here in early 2022, and it was rough. I was back this past weekend and the service has improved immensely! I had a 1PM appointment on a Sunday, it was done at 2PM. Everything was installed perfectly. However, service is still slightly subpar to proffesional shops. They don't put down floor coverings or seat coverings, resulting in marks on my seats. Luckily I have seat covers, a little more professionalism and attention to detail would be nice but I am glad they have improved as much as they have."
"Took our 2020 jeep to get all 4 tires replaced 2 weeks later we get a flat tire , they gave us a new tire no issues there . A month later we take in our 2013 Dodge I figured well why not give them a 2nd chance . A day later tire pressure goes down to 2 meaning tires are completely flat at this time my car can’t be driven . Told by Sam’s corporate to bring it in back to the shop , we’ll the tire tech told the tow truck driver he will NOT take a look at my car because I had no appointment .tech was extremely rude to me saying I had to go pick up my car because he was NOT going to fix it . It’s very frustrating that after been a member for more than 2 decades I get treated this way . Asked to speak to manager and he says he was the lead on duty and hung up on me . Please get your tires somewhere else"
"slow service. These guys are really short staffed and not motivated to work.it is not their fault. sams club is not doing well and they are pulling resources, firing staff and hiring inexperienced staff to do professional work. Sams club is doomed. I feel sorry for my wasted time"
