"I called and made sure they were able to program wheel sensors to my car. They said yes as long as I bought them from them. I had the work done, I left with the light still on, they say said it would go off after driving so many miles. The light never went off. I took off work to go get the light turned off, it came back on the next day. I again took off work to get the light turned off. This is when I was told I will need to go to the dealer to remove the code the light was throwing off. You see the problem is..... I could have went to the dealer the whole time. I was lied to! Now I have to spend diagnostics on my car before the light will be turned off by the dealer. I'm wondering if I'm going to be reimbursed for diagnostic cost. Missing time from work? 3 trips to their shop? I doubt it. I needed this light off for an inspection, and they refused to do the inspection while I was there, because I needed an appointment, when they temporarily turned the light off. Why? Knowing the reason I couldn't get it inspected because they lied! What are you going to do Andy Wurm? I spent almost $400 for these sensors and my tire and wheels to be put on. Way to go! Thank you for your wonderful services! It's a shame I was forced to give 1 Star instead of 0."

"While my vehicle was in the shop it got vandalized and no one said anything. When i can in to report it, Andy Wurm would not even come out and look at the car. My glove box and interior compartments were ransacked. Several items were missing. The manager Kevin yelled at me and lied about his team failing to lock my car when they parked it on their lot. Avoid this place the work is potted at best."

"Had a slight shake of the steering wheel at 60mph. Took it in to Andy Wurm for balance and rotation. Rob the tech, explained what was going on with one of my tires. He re-balanced all the tires and then put them back on. Rides smooth now. Will definitely use them again! Thanks, Rob!"

"Have used Andy Wurm for tires in the past. Always great with tires. Unfortunately today was different. Unsure why they take appts for emissions if they aren’t going to abide by the appt time. 230 appt time. I showed up at 2 since they had an opening at 2 as well. Vehicle doesn’t go back until 3. Truck doesn’t get finished until 405. Not sure why an emissions test takes over 2 hours when there are appts. I was told there were others in front of me. I was one of 3 people in the lobby. Also do better on customer vehicles. This is downright laziness on behalf of the tech who trashed my door sill, mats and door with dirty boots. At least have the courtesy paper mat or wipe up your mess if your boots are dirty."

"I've been a long time customer. No issues until today. Bought one tire for passenger side front wheel. Tire was placed on drivers side front. Took 45mins to get things right after I had to speak to the owner. Looking for better/customary service on next visit."
