"We brought in a repair with damage isolated to one part of the vehicle and it took two months to repair. The biggest issue with that was I got daily progress checks saying we're working on it and it will be done Friday only to get a text like clock work saying there was an unforeseen delay it will be done next Friday. Two months is a long time to go without needed vehicle made worse by the half dozen doses of dashed hope. When I asked if they had anything to say for themselves expecting maybe an apology I got hostility."
