"My air stopped working in my car and after getting it “fixed” it constantly turned off so I would have to take it back. He fixed another issue that could possibly be stopping my air from blowing But still didn’t work After taking it back for like the 3rd time he would tell me it would take a few hours to fix and kept my car over night without informing me. I would call and text and never get a reply or response about my car. This is now the 5th time and he has my car told me 2-3 hours max and it’s been 6 and the shop is closed on weekends. So now I have to wait to get my car on Monday I’m assuming due to the lack of communication"

"I have been trying to get in contact with John for a month now! No one never picks up the location phone and I went by multiple times. He broke 2 out of 5 screws just to make the BRAND NEW manifold fit that I guess he sized down hisself. When I went to him I had 1 code, I now have 7 codes!!!"
