"This is the 3rd time they have kept my car over night without my consent. I give them my car early in the day. I don’t hear from anyone all day. I call to check in. I’m told I will receive a call back in 5-10 mins. I don’t. Instead I receive a call 1 hr before closing. When I answer someone hangs up and doesn’t answer my calls when I call back immediately. Resulting in me being stuck without my car all for an oil change."
