"The customer appreciation event lowered the price of gas to $2.45 a gallon plus additional coupons for buy on get one free food and drinks. The clerks were so helpful, friendly and professional."

"Every time I go to the circle k gas station on New florissant road in ferguson missouri I have an issue. Horrible, just horrible service ! The cashiers working there are not trained on the duties of their job properly. The manager is just ghetto PERIOD! I use this circle k because they are the closest to my home, but will definitely be traveling down to the circle k on highway 270 and New florissant road OR to the highway 70 and lucas and hunt location from now on. I like circle k gas station because they give me a 10 cent off per gallon discount gas card, also my cigarettes are much cheaper. But I highly recommend anyone not using the circle k in ferguson. I've had multiple occurrences of dissatisfaction when using this particular location. It's just a shame how they run this location."

"You have two black employees that left the store unattended. When I went back outside and asked if I could get some help. The black female replied yes, and then replied, if your going to talk like that, no. This is poor representation of Circle K. I'm including today's date, Sunday 7/30/23. She needs to be trained or is this how you train black employees to treat black customers?"

"The 3 “Blonde”cashiers and one is a manger are rude and should not be working at this store in this community. Circle K is under serving the community with them 3 there. As another review wrote they cover for each other and instead of conflict resolution from the manager she digs at the customer more or jus give rude and unfriendly responses. Good community relations is how Circle K is still in our community. We expect changes. And I also know first hand how corporate works. We expect to see changes. This review is an assurance to the email I have sent. Sincerely"
