"CUSTOMER BEWARE…this IS NOT the original Ferguson Automotive!!! The original owner sold the business in February 2023, all the mechanics and front office staff are new and super young. Took my car back there last month because the check engine light was on and it needed a safety inspection. My car sat on the parking lot for 5 days before they even took a look at it and that was after me calling daily for the status. The mechanics damaged my sensor so it no longer worked and I ended up running out of oil because I wasn’t alerted. Luckily I caught it in time before any severe damage occurred. Also, Tanya claimed I needed $2,000 worth of repairs and ordered aftermarket parts but 3 weeks later, still no parts. And now i have to pay extra fees to repair my sensor. I would stay far away from this business. All these recent negative reviewers are not wrong. Any positive reviews listed primarily were years ago and/or when the original, skilled mechanics were still working there, which is no longer the case. So don’t be fooled. If I knew it was under new management, I would’ve never gone back. Definitely not returning."
